Wayne Thomas Walker

Wayne Thomas Walker, age 70 of Fayetteville, TN passed away March 8, 2025 in Huntsville, AL. He was born on December 7, 1954 to Frank and Doris Walker in Stuttgart, Germany. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas where he eventually met and married the love of his life, Margit Sams Walker. Wayne spent his entire career working for Frito Lay, beginning in San Antonio, TX and ending in Fayetteville, TN.

He is preceded in death by his parents and spouse. He is survived by his son Joshua Adam Walker, daughter in love Caitlyn Walker, grandsons Sullivan Andrew and Weston Thomas of Madison, AL; and his lifelong friend Bruce Duckworth.

Wayne loved his grandsons and his greatest joy was watching them play ball. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Madison Baseball (350 Gooch Lane, Madison, AL 35758) or your local youth sports organization.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday March 12, 2025 from 5-7pm at Legacy Chapel in Madison, AL.
