February 1, 1947 to January 7, 2024
 
Theda was retired but was employed by Redstone Arsenal.  Nana loved God, her church, her family and her friends. She never missed an opportunity to go shopping, seeing her friends at Christie’s Care, talking smack, or talk about her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  
 
Theda was the daughter to Delbert E. Forrest and Phyllis Bragg Rogers and was born in Huntington, West Virginia. Theda was the wife to Donald Wayne Parsons for 49 years who proceeded her in death as well as her parents, brother Ricky Rogers and nephew Thomas Rogers.
Theda leaves behind brothers: Tommy Rogers (Judy), Terry Rogers (Belinda), Philip Rogers and sisters Janie Nabors (Obie) and Kathy Horton (Rob); children: Gary Tuck (Carla), John Tuck (Trina), and Angel Houck (Trae); stepchildren: Robert Parsons and Donna Bennett.
Nana also leaves behind grandchildren Dustin Bennett (Katherine), Rachel Lackey (Cody), Cassie Webb (Conner), Caylie Mosley (James), Emma Houck, Kennedy Houck, Amber Gathey (Devon), John Douglas Tuck, Mitchell Tuck, along with Lucas Altman and Killian Altman. Great-Grandchildren Grayson Bennett, Grant Bennett, Hannah Grace Parsons, Johnathan Walter Ray Lackey, Maybella Tuck, Ainsleigh Tuck, Carter Tuck, Elizabeth Tuck, Amelia Mosley and Theodore Webb, a host of nieces and nephews and great family friends.

Due to weather concerns, service has been moved to January 23, 2024.

Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.

The funeral service will follow at 3:00 P.M.
