Sarah (Sally) Wager Warner entered into eternal life on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in Madison, AL. She was born to Ruth Ulm Wager and Clyde Edwin (Ed) Wager in Cleveland, Ohio on June 12, 1938. In 1958 she married Lee Claude Warner and moved to St. Louis, MO. They lived in St. Louis for 49 years before moving to Huntsville, AL.
Sally is survived by her daughter, Amy Gormley (Thomas), Madison, AL; granddaughters Gillian Watkins (Aaron) and Carrie Gormley, Madison, AL; cousin C. Edwin Wager (Sarah), Glen Allen, VA; niece Karen Wade, Columbus OH; niece Kristine DeKlerk, San Diego, CA.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Lee.
A family Celebration of Life will be held at Asbury Church. She will be inurned at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, in St. Louis, MO. In Sally’s memory donations may be made to Mercy Multiplied, Nashville, Tennessee, or Habitat for Humanity.
