Helene Elizabeth Wagstaff

Helene Elizabeth Wagstaff, 86, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

She was born on October 18, 1936 to John and Audry Meyer in Canyon, Texas.

Helene served in personnel management at bases all around the country including Redstone Arsenal where she retired.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Rhonda Lynch, and her two husbands Normand Lavoie and Thomas C. Wagstaff.

She is survived by her son Greg Lavoie (Debra), grandsons Ryan Lavoie, Garrett Lynch, and granddaughters Chelsea Schwartz and Katie Lynch.
