Gabriel "Gabe" Adam Valles of Toney, Alabama passed away on April 17, 2023 at the age of 49. Gabe was born in Long Beach, California, on December 23rd, 1973. He was born to Daniel Valles, who proceeded him in death, and Sylvia Goldie. Gabe was the youngest of four siblings, Edie, Ginnie, and David. His family was further extended by parents, Margie Valles and Tom Goldie, and siblings, Channing and Tim.
Gabe grew up in Long Beach, California and was a jovial, fun-loving, personable man who loved to laugh, just his presence made people feel good. He always sought out new experiences with his family, and loved to talk. Gabe graduated from Cypress High School, and begun learning various trade work while working with his father. Gabe was a man of many talents, and had the uncanny ability to figure things out and fix anything.
Gabe loved people. He had a huge heart and he loved his family. Eventually, Gabe met and married Christine Talbert. They started dating in 1998, and married on September 23, 2014, and stayed together until Gabe's passing. During that time, they brought their daughters, Alyssa and Emily, into the world and both girls are daddy's girls. Alyssa is the quiet Gabe, who observes, listens, and pays attention to detail. He always answered her questions in ways that would make her think, and be her devil's advocate in their little debates. Emily is the outgoing Gabe who talks, constantly moves, nice to everyone, and doesn't shy away from sharing her opinion. He always rough-housed with Emily, and was able to talk to her in a way she would always understand. Gabe loved Christine, and they set out to build a life they both deserved when they moved to Alabama. He always wanted the best for his family, and loved taking them on new adventures and making new memories. Gabe enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, tinkering in his garage, being around people, and of course, he loved his beer!
In July 2021, Gabe and Christine moved to Toney, Alabama with their youngest daughter, Emily. Gabe quickly got hired at Blue Origin as a Test Technician where he became really close friends with all his coworkers. His coworkers loved Gabe as much as he loved them. He embraced the southern lifestyle as his own, and was planting his roots in his new home before passing away.
Gabe is survived by his wife, Christine, his daughters, Alyssa and Emily, his mother, Sylvia, his siblings, Edie, Ginnie, and David, and his extended family, Margie, Tom, Channing, and Tim. As well as a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
