Mrs. Frances Fay Moore

Services for Frances Moore will be held on Thursday, January 11, at Trinity Baptist Church, located at 1088 Hughes Road, Madison, AL 35758. Visitation will be held at 1:00 pm, followed by the service at 2:00 pm.

Frances Moore, 78, of Madison, AL, passed away on January 8, 2024. She was born on May 20, 1945, in Birmingham, AL, to Woodson Woodrow and Margaret Jarrett Bracknell. Frances graduated from Ensley High School in 1963 and later moved to Harvest, Alabama in 1993. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church in Madison, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

Frances had a vibrant personality and was loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed church, shopping, bunco, and spending time with friends and family. Above all, she cherished her role as a grandmother and adored her grandson, who brought immense joy to her life.

Frances is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Ric Moore, her daughter Melanie Paone (Tommy), her sisters Lillian Culpepper and Lora Lee Monts, and her grandson Caden. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Brian Smith.

Frances' family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Hospice of Alabama and her nurse, Jennifer, for the wonderful care she received during her final days.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the GIST Cancer Research Fund.

Frances will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
