Billy Thomas James 59, of Moulton, Alabama passed away on Wednesday. Billy James Passed away in a fire in Lawrence County April 5th, 2017. Billy was a retired Machinist from GE who dearly loved his family and friends. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles and traveling to see the beauty of the United States. There will be a Celebration of Life/ “almost birthday party” held for him on September 10th from 2-5pm at the Decatur Shriners Club, 117 Lenwood Road.
