Martha Lee Seay

Martha Lee Lanier Seay, 73, of Huntsville gained her heavenly wings on 11/5/2022 surrounded by family and loved ones. 
Martha was born and grew up in owen’s cross roads by the late Lee Roy Lanier and Lois Beatrice Kent. She was raised by Lois Beatrice Kent and Grady Dennis. She worked 20 years in the banking field and fifteen years for the federal government, retiring in 2000. She loved her church and did numerous things such as WMU, and Hospitality. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and family. She also loved playing the piano, but arthritis in her fingers prevented her playing. She also of course loved shopping. She loved to go to the Smoky Mountains and other places and she especially loved taking care of her grandchildren. 
Proceeded in death by her father Lee Roy Lanier, her mother Lois Beatrice Kent, her step father Grady Dennis, her sister Mildred Hardin. 
Survived by her husband of 39 years Stanley Donald Seay, her sister Gurtha Pemberton, her brother Lee “Bubba” Lanier, her daughter Michelle Lee Keel (David), her son John Tabor Ikard Jr (Wanda), her son Mike Wayne Seay(Pam), her daughter Melanie Lynn Quillen, her granddaughters Laura Rene Shelton, Johnnie Lynn Ikard, Amber Eileen Walling(Brad), Rachel Nicole Kilpatrick (Brysen), and Mackenzie Lee Keel, and her grandsons Tyler Lenox Seay, and Brandon Alexander Keel, and her great granddaughter Kaylei Mae Shelton, and great grandsons Cameron Dawayne Walling, Preston Lane Tabor Walling, and Colt James Shelton.
