Kevin Douglas Kleinjung

Kevin Douglas Kleinjung, 67, of Madison, AL passed peacefully in his home on October 29, 2022.

He was born in Huntington, Long Island, New York on November 24,1954. He enlisted in the United States Navy, shortly after high school, serving in the Vietnam era. After returning home a decorated veteran, he worked in a number of nuclear power plants across the country as an electrical engineer, spanning a sixteen year career. From there, he went into business for himself as a licensed general contractor, until eventually retiring in 2017.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Donna; his three children - Sean Kleinjung, his wife Jennifer, and their son, Lucas; Stephen Kleinjung, his wife Katie, and their children - Shepherd, Valor, and Haven; and Crystal Deiss and her husband, Jordan. He is also survived by his siblings, Lorelie Haneke and Richard Kleinjung.

Kevin Kleinjung was a resident of Huntsville, and later Madison, since 1988; where he was a member of the local chapter of the American Legion, Post 229.
