Carl Frederick Behr

Carl Frederick Behr of Madison, Alabama passed away Saturday October 29, 2022.

He is survived by his loving children Avery and Alex Behr, his mother, brother and extended family.

Carl was born in Dearborn Michigan, lived Huntsville, AL for over 40 years. His father’s job moves took him to Missouri, California, Texas and finally Alabama. Carl loved his children, sports and animals. He was a graduate of Grissom High School and a 1988 graduate of Auburn University. He worked in the Aerospace industry.

Carl worked in the aerospace industry on the space station among other assignments.  He loved the work and the excitement of the expanding knowledge. 

Carl was a great collector and loved cheering on the Auburn football team (win or lose! War Eagle!).  He had a very large collection of baseball cards which were his major sports love.  He was also restoring a 1966 Volkswagen which was his first car. In addition, Magic the Gathering games were a major love.
