Stephen Joseph Zipfel

Jesus said unto him, “I am the resurrection and the life: he who believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.” John 11:25-26.

 

Stephen Joseph Zipfel, 68, of Huntsville, AL, left us too soon and passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022.

 

After graduating from high school, Steve graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.
Steve was the owner and operator of New Look Tubs and and loved to service all of his customers to the best of his ability. He always had time for laughter and joy and never met a stranger. His heart was beaming with love to share and was always so kind and patient with a big smile that was warm and sincere. Steve loved his entire family and all of his friends dearly. He was a devoted follower of Christ.

 

Survivors include his wife Deirdre Zipfel, son Jesse Zipfel, daughters, AJ and Sarah Zipfel Cormier, Nick and Rebekah Zipfel Nagy all from Boise, ID;; stepsons Christian Fuentes and Brandon Fuentes from Huntsville Al. Four Grandchildren: Kaden and Kyler Calkins and Ayla and Trinity Cormier; two sisters: Jan Nicholson of Madison AL and Mildred Hood of Collinsville, Il, niece Carmen McPherson and her husband Jeff.

 

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Albin Edward and VaLeria Mary Ann Zipfel and brother Cletus Zipfel.

 

Steve wishes were not to have a formal service.
