Harry Fidoe

- Harry Leroy Fidoe went home to Jesus on December 28, 2021 at age 79.
Harry was born to Tom and Lenora Fidoe on September 14, 1942 in Salem, Ohio. As a child, he enjoyed playing basketball and spending most of his time outdoors.
Harry met his wife Ellen in 1965 at Ohio State University. They married in August 1966 and went on to have one child, Christopher Daniel Fidoe. They moved to Edwardsville, Illinois where Harry started working for Shell Oil. They continued to move and lived in many places throughout their marriage, including Saudi Arabia, Texas and eventually settling in Louisiana. In addition to being a dedicated and loving Husband and Father, Harry also loved hunting and fishing. Throughout his life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.
Harry joins sisters Stella and Maxine and brother Tom in Heaven. He is survived by wife Ellen Fidoe, son Christopher Fidoe and grandson Ezra Fidoe.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
