Jeffrey Alan Carden

Jeffrey Alan Carden of Huntsville, AL, died unexpectedly on August 19, 2021 at the age of 31.

Jeff was born December 6, 1989 in Pulaski, TN.  He and his family moved to Huntsville in 1996, where he attended Farley Elementary, Challenger Middle, and was part of the graduating class of 2008 at Grissom High School.  Jeff was a core part of the Grissom band’s clarinet section on and off the marching field.  Never ceasing in encouragement or spirit, he was always at the forefront of the line to help others.  He loved being just outside the spotlight, which was always difficult because he so frequently made those around him shine so brightly.

After a brief study at Calhoun Community College, Jeff returned to his high school job at Dominos and quickly rose in the ranks, achieving high accomplishments through his excellent work ethic.  A few years later, he brought his skills to Sonic where he worked as a manager at Sonic on Bailey Cove Road in Huntsville.  He was a dedicated employee that always strived to be the best worker, coworker, manager and friend he could possibly be.

Jeff was a loving son and brother, and highly regarded by all who knew him.  He was always quick to reach out and help anyone in need.  No matter where he went, Jeff always put others first and always looked to do good for others.  He enjoyed golfing with his father, spending time with his family, and gaming with friends online.

Jeff is survived by his mother and father, Dori and Scott Carden, Madison, AL, and sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Erik Simonson, Madison, AL.
