Gerry Rutland King

     Gerry Rutland (Dickie) King, age 82, of Town Creek, AL passed 
away March 24, 2020.  She was born in Huntsville, AL to Murphy and Rossie Rutland.  Gerry was predeceased by her parents and sisters, Alice Shafer and Betty Johnson.  She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Challen King, daughter Paula Bingham (Mike), 
grandchildren Chris Bingham and Elizabeth Bingham Maze
and great-granddaughter Eisley Michaela Maze, sister Peggy Guthrie and numerous extended family members.
      Gerry was a member of Town Creek United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed shopping, especially the HSN and Belk's. Burial will be in King Cemetery in Leighton, AL, on March 26, 2020 at 2 p.m.
       Pallbearers will be Jay King, Grayson King, Smith King, Austin 
Culver, David Johnson and Jimmy Todd.
       Honorary pallbearers are Doug Russell, Willard Peebles, James 
Johnston King and Percy Madding King Jr.
        In lieu of flowers donations should be made to First United
