William Ernest Killgore

William Ernest Killgore of Madison, Alabama, 49, passed away Wednesday March 13, 2019 after a three-year courageous battle with cancer.

Ernest is survived by his wife Leigh; daughter Sarah; sons Bryce and Alex; mother Charlotte Campbell (Jon); father Edward Killgore (Jennifer); brother Scott Killgore; grandfather Jack T Clift, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.

Ernest was raised in Madison and graduated from Bob Jones High School before attending Auburn University and graduated from Athens State University. He proudly served two years in the Air Force Reserve. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Son.

Ernest had a unique and creative talent for cooking which he made into a career of restaurant management. The family expresses their thanks to his physicians at Grandview Hospital and M.D. Anderson.

Visitation will be held Sunday March 17, 2019 at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home in Madison from 1PM-2PM, Funeral Services will follow at 2PM. Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.

The Service will be presided over by Rev. Johnathan Campbell. Pallbearers will be Scott Killgore, John Clift, David Williamson, Terry Steigelman, Matt Newsome.
