Joyce Logan Towe

Joyce Logan Towe, 85, of Tampa, passed from this life on January 8, 2018. She was born on April 3, 1932 in Russellville, Alabama.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Odis and Grace Logan, and her brother Kenneth Logan (Helen). She is survived by her husband, Thomas Towe, son, David Towe (Crystal), granddaughter, Mandy Fannin (Tim), and grandson, Ryan Towe. She is also survived by her siblings: Gloria LeCroy (Ray), Jerry Logan (Nancy), Charlotte Hester (Morgan – deceased), Granville Logan (Karen), and Tim Logan (Marla). In addition, she is survived by two great-grandsons, Grady and Noah Fannin.

Though she will be dearly missed, her family finds comfort in the hope that she had through Jesus. The confidence that her spirit is now freed from the constraints of this world and from the suffering brought on by Alzheimer’s Disease brings them great peace.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (alzfdn.org).

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. and a memorial service at 4:30 p.m. at Legacy Chapel in Madison, AL.
