Gary Michael Calvert

Gary Michael Calvert went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on June 1, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Gary leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years, Rita, and his brother Ric Calvert. He is preceded in death by his parents: John and Ann Calvert. Gary enjoyed a long career as a Systems Analyst for the Boeing Company. He and Rita lived in Seattle for 17 years before settling in Madison. During this past Easter Season, he was received into the Catholic Church after completing the RCIA Program at St. John’s. Following his retirement, Gary enjoyed gardening, cooking and managing various projects around the house. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, June 5th at 11am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1055 Hughes Road, Madison, Alabama 35758
