Armand Fred Rouse 67, of Huntsville passed away Monday February 20, 2017. Armand was a 32nd degree Mason; a Millwright Specialist for over 30 years. He was also a residential / commercial builder in the Huntsville, AL. area for 15 years. Armand is preceded in death by his father, Willis Rouse; brother, Alton Rouse. He is survived by his wife, Carrol B. Rouse; Sons, Brian T. Rouse, Huntsville, Al.; Jeffrey L. Howell, Bessemer, Al.; Richard L. Howell (wife Anna), Gulfport, MS. Grandsons, Christopher Howell (wife Tamarie), Birmingham, AL; Jeremy Howell, Jackson, MS; and Dakota Howell, Huntsville, AL. Mother, Rilza Mae Nall, Step Father, Dorris Nall; brother Quinn Rouse. Aunts, Ketta Watters, Lucedale, MS; Sandra Young, Pascagoula,MS., and numerous nieces and nephews. If anyone wishes, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital in his name in lieu of flowers.
