Scott Morgan, 26, of Madison AL. passed away Saturday July 9, 2016. Scott grew up in Monrovia and as 10 year old earned a 3rd degree Black Belt in Karate. He was a member of the National Honor Society and excelled in the arts and music as first chair trumpet all four years for the marching band. He graduated with an Advanced Diploma with Honors from Sparkman High School in 2008. Upon graduation he attained a Blazing Scholar Award and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Scott was known for perseverance and dedication to whatever task he set his mind to. He was employed at Phoenix Urgent Care in Huntsville and had planned to pursue his next career path in Nursing. Scott is survived by his father Kevin Scott Morgan, his mother Sheri Morgan, his brother Matthew Morgan, his sister Stephanie Morgan, his Maternal Grandparents Robert and Darlene Rowe, his Paternal Grandmother Patsy Morgan, his Aunt Lisa East (Jeff), his Uncle Damon Morgan (Dorothy), and his cousins Jacob Morgan, Jeremy Morgan, Jason Morgan, Ben East, Austin East, Collin East, Shelby East. Visitation will be Tuesday July 12th from 12:00-1:00pm and Service will follow at 1:00pm at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home.
