Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth B. Lee (Betty), 95, of Madison, AL passed away peacefully Saturday morning. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan J Lee.  Born in New York City, NY, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Helen Levy Belkin.  Elizabeth was a home maker, a real estate agent, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Elizabeth was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Emanuel Belkin and William Belkin as well as 3 sisters, Rachel Rose Balaban, Lillian Belkin, and Sylvia Wolkstein..  She was the beloved wife of Alan for 44 years; loving mother of Heidi Carlton (Edmund), Victoria Lee and Michael Lee (Phyllis); grandmother of Vanessa, Gwendolyn, Edmund and Alesandra; and great-grandmother of Sidney. There will be a private family service this week in Madison, Al., and a funeral service in the New York area will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
